Much has been written about the importance of sleep to the quality of our daily lives. Most adults sleep between 6 – 8 hours a night, or as you have probably heard, about one-third of our lives. So for most people, their mattress is used more than any other possession. Are you getting a good night’s sleep? How do you know if your mattress is helping you have restful sleep or preventing you from it? When you decide it is time for a new mattress, how do you know where to go and which model to buy? These are all important questions and this guide has been written in an attempt to help answer those questions.
